From June 14, 2010, to July 2010, a series of charity auctions entitled "Animation Auction for Gulf Coast Relief" were held. Organized by Venture Bros. season 1-4 animation director Tom Bayne, all proceeds went to the The Colbert Nation's Gulf of America Fund to help individuals effected by the then recent BP oil spill.

For San Diego Comic-Con 2010, the Adult Swim Shop booth held a silent auction each day for a different show. On day one of SDCC, July 22nd, 2010, three pieces of Venture Bros. production art were auctioned off.
