On December 20th, 2012, Valve released the Team Fortress 2 Mecha Update, which included Adult Swim themed cosmetics. This included the "Hanger-On Hood," "Flight of the Monarch," and "Flunkyware" items for the Scout to recreate The Fluttering Horde's henchman outfit, and "Brock's Locks" to recreate Brock's hair on the Heavy. On June 3rd, 2013, a patch added the "Breather Bag," "Bacteria Blocker," and "Weather Master" hats, recreating the lab outfits from "What Color is Your Cleansuit?" and St. Cloud's villian costume, respectively. Players who owned Poker Night 2 on Steam and gained the "Orb 'n' Legends" achievement would recieve the "Samson Skewer" belt item for the Heavy ingame.Adult Swim - Official TF2 Wiki
